"I have been attending Mark's classes for over a year. Given the restrictions in place, all classes were on-line. I was delighted to join the class as I live overseas and it was a great opportunity to join the classes, as I knew that Mark would be a fantastic tutor. I was new to Yoga, but I wanted to learn. Our classes have been excellent, we had a wonderful group of lovely people which I always look forward to seeing everyone weekly. Every single class has been excellent!. After a day of being sedentary due to working from home, Mark's Yoga class always makes me feel very relaxed in both body and mind. Mark is an excellent Tutor. Every day, before my day begins, I take a few minutes to practice a few minutes of Yoga that I learned from Mark, whether it will be to do some gentle stretching or breathing exercises.
